Can I order products without signing up with doctorDB?


Yes, you can. However, we highly recommend that you sign up with the doctorDB platform to avail of special offers that are available only to subscribers. In addition, doctorDB offers you a wealth of content and information that help you educate yourself on staying healthy.

Best of all, it's FREE to sign up and use doctorDB.




Can you deliver to countries other than Malaysia?


doctorDB can only deliver items within Malaysia. You may make a purchase from wherever you are but deliveries can only be to Malaysian addresses.




Can I check my order status?


doctorDB will keep you updated constantly with status email messages so you know the progress of the transaction.

What is the Wishlist?


The Wishlist is a convenient tool that allows you to shortlist items you are interested in. You may also use the Wishlist to access items that you purchase frequently.




What is the Shopping Cart?


The Shopping Cart is a convenient tool that allows you to purchase multiple items in one transaction even though they may be from different suppliers.




What payment methods are available on doctorDB?


doctorDB currently allows users to pay for their purchases via Credit & Debit Card (via PayPal).

You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to make a transaction.

How do I know if my payment was successful?


You will be notified via email if the payment is successful or not. In addition, you will also receive confirmation emails from doctorDB.




Which credit cards are accepted on doctorDB?


doctorDB accepts all Visa, MasterCard, American Express via PayPal service.

You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to make a transaction.

What shipping options does doctorDB offer?


doctorDB works with several delivery service partners.

We currently offer a standard shipping option.
Peninsular Malaysia – 1 to 3 days*
East Malaysia – 3 to 7 days*

We will be adding other shipping options soon to serve you better. Please note that shipping fees depend on the total weight of the item(s).

I received my purchased products but it is an incomplete order. What should I do?


Don’t worry! It is possible that some items in your order are shipped separately. If you have not received them within the stated delivery period please contact us at store@doctordb.com and we will help.




Can I pre-arrange the date/time of delivery?


We are working hard to enable this feature but currently don’t offer it.

We are always working to update and improve our service, and your feedback and patience is greatly appreciated.




Does doctorDB deliver or weekends and holidays?


doctorDB works with several delivery service partners. Currently our delivery service partners deliver only from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM and half days on Saturday. We don’t deliver of Sundays and Public Holidays.





Product Returns

I received a damaged/tampered/defective/wrong item. What should I do?


Please contact store@doctordb.com immediately and quote the order number. We will contact you to remedy the situation.




Under what circumstances can I return/exchange an item?


Return/Exchange can only be arranged under the following circumstances:
- If the item(s) delivered are damaged or defective; or
- If the item(s) delivered are past the Expiry Date; or
- If the item(s) you received are different from what you ordered.




How do I return an item?


Please contact store@doctordb.com and quote your order number. We will arrange for pick-up provided that all the conditions for returns/exchanges have been met.





Store Refunds

How soon will I receive my refund?


Please download and fill out our Refund Form and send it to store@doctordb.com

Since refunds are processed via our payment gateway partner and appointed banks, it may take between 14 and 30 days for you to receive your refund.




What refund options do I have?


A doctorDB store credit is offered instead of a refund. Store Credits, when offered are available within 24 hours for use unlike refunds which take longer.


Store Credits, when offered will be of equal value to a refund and can be used for any purchase on the doctorDB store.


Store Credits come in the form of doctorDB Reward Points and have a value of MYR 0.0029.


For the avoidance of doubt, 1 Store Credit = 1 Reward Point = MYR 0.029. Store Credits may not be converted to cash and must be used within 1 year of accrual.





doctorDB Rewards

What is doctorDB Rewards?


doctorDB Rewards is a program that rewards all doctorDB subscribers.

By using doctorDB as your preferred healthcare platform, you can earn points not just on purchases but also by sharing the doctorDB page and liking/subscribing to our social media pages - as long as you have signed up.




How can I earn points?


You can earn points as a subscriber by: - purchasing products on our online Store (For every RM1, you will earn 1 point). - Liking our Facebook page (160 points). - Sharing our Facebook page on your social media (160 points). - Following our Instagram page (160 points). From time to time, we may even give you bonus points so sign-up today!




How can I redeem my points?


You may redeem your points via the doctorDB Store.




What is the Redemption Value of doctorDB Reward Points?


For every 160 points, you can redeem a RM1 voucher. - On your desktop browser, you will see a floating icon on the bottom left of your browser that says "Rewards". - If you're using mobile, click on the menu at the top right of your mobile browser, and choose "Rewards". - Click on that icon, and click the "Redeem" button if you have more than 160 points. - Adjust the value slider to redeem the value you would like and click the "Redeem" button again to confirm. - You will then be given a coupon code which you can apply to your shopping cart prior to purchase.

Remember that these points can only be used on the doctorDB Store and cannot be exchanged for cash.




Do the points expire?


The points currently do not expire. However, it is at the descretion of the company to make changes to this in the future. In the event of change, all subscribers will be notified well in advance via email.




Can I transfer the points to another subscriber?


Unfortunately, points cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash.
