Napping at the office has been looked at negatively in this past, but research has shown some benefits to our productivity at work. A 20-30 minute nap has been recommended for short-term alertness. Napping also has psychological benefits and is an easy way to tune out, relax and rejuvenate. So should napping still have a negative connotation at the workplace?
